The most beautiful venue in San Francisco …

… is the Great American Music Hall, and I’m going to be playing there this Friday 7th June. My accompanist is Joe Gore, the great guitar player who’s worked with Tom Waits, P.J Harvey, Tracey Chapman and many more.

He’ll be playing a gryphon - a 12-string instrument that looks like a small guitar and sounds just lovely. I think I can safely say we’re the only ukulele and gryphon duo on the circuit!!

We’ll be opening up for a Canadian band I’ve loved for years, the Sadies.
